SummaryReporting to the Director, Strategic Pricing, you will be responsible for driving winning churn strategies for BBM wireless. The successful candidate will possess exceptional analytical and data modeling skills, coupled with a proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker with superior presentation and interpersonal communication skills to effectively manage complex analytical programs from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, encompassing detailed timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication among stakeholders from various departments.
- Employ advanced analytical and financial modeling techniques to assess program feasibility, identify opportunities for optimization, and forecast outcomes.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to senior management, articulating program progress, challenges, and recommendations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proactively identify and resolve program risks and issues, implementing effective contingency plans to
- mitigate potential disruptions.
- Monitor program performance against established metrics, providing regular updates and reporting on key performance indicators.
- Manage program budgets, ensuring adherence to allocated resources and financial constraints.
- Employ creative problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve program efficiency and effectiveness, implementing best practices and leveraging industry standards.
- University degree in Business, Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of demonstrable experience in program management within a quantitative or analytical environment.
- Exceptional proficiency in financial modeling techniques, including discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning.
- Substantial expertise in statistical modeling and data analysis, utilizing tools such as R, Python, or SAS.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver high-impact presentations to diverse audiences, including senior executives.
- Demonstrated success in leading and influencing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and achieving shared goals.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to identify and resolve complex challenges effectively.
- In-depth understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience working in a consulting environment, providing analytical support and strategic guidance to clients.
- Relevant professional certifications, such as a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, are highly desirable.
