Salary: To be commensurate with qualifications and experience in the range of $57,315 - $67,429 per annum.

Acadia is seeking a Technology Business Coordinator to join the dynamic Technology Services department. The Coordinator will develop and maintain key programs in communications, client satisfaction, employee development, application privacy assessment, and file management. You will collaborate with various stakeholders across the university to ensure programs are well-documented, accessible, and continuously improved. While this is not a technical operations role, a strong understanding of technology and related terminology is essential.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and support operational programs related to communications, client satisfaction, employee development, privacy assessments, and file management.
- Work with Technology Services leadership and staff to review, update, and communicate program plans effectively.
- Create and maintain documentation in SharePoint, The Hub, and other platforms, ensuring accessibility and organization.
- Help organize events such as meetings, planning sessions, and conferences.
- Maintain privacy data and generate an annual report for the provincial government.
- Update the department's technology plan and ongoing initiatives.
- Recommend and implement improvements to status reporting and other documentation processes.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles and service level agreement documents.
- Work with the Executive Director to develop and execute a professional development plan.
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, including business writing and presentation abilities.
- Ability to develop and articulate written planning documents.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills; capable of leading meetings and gathering requirements from stakeholders.
- Experience in researching, compiling, and writing reports.
- Basic financial accounting knowledge or experience.
- Familiarity with technical terminology and technology services operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and Teams.
