Director of Member and Business Services
Sport New Brunswick (Sport NB) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the development and promotion of amateur sport in New Brunswick. This agency has been expanding its capacity to deliver quality services and programs that demonstrate trends and best practices in amateur sports. A recent report Envisioning NB Sport 2035 describes exciting possibilities for change moving forward. This position is an exciting opportunity to lead transformational changes and modernize the agency to help transport amateur sport into the future.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Member and Business Services assumes responsibility for leading internal business development and revenue generation, meeting member needs, overseeing financial operations, managing outward-facing communications, and developing partnerships that align with the organization's mandate. This position, which requires overseeing three staff members, is a 13-month term (April 14, 2025 - May 15, 2026) that includes health benefits and a matching RRSP contribution up to 5%.

Qualifications
? Post-secondary degree in sport and/or recreation, business administration, or other related field
? Greater than 3 years of management experience
? Greater than 3 years of experience in sport system development
? Ability to use office technology, software and applications such as MS Office, and digital collaboration tools
? Spoken and written competency in English
Assets:
? Master's degree in a related field
? Ability to use Sage accounting software
? Previous experience working in a non-profit setting
? Volunteer and/or work experience in the sport community
? Spoken and written competency in French
Salary Range: $68,000 - $76,500
