Here are a few ways you will make a difference:

  • Auditing and reconciling all payments received.
  • Processing, reconciling and entering all manual and e-connect credit card payments.
  • Receiving, entering, and reconciling banking information from Employers and other Accounts Receivable customers.
  • Reviewing and recording corporate credit card transactions.
  • Providing divisional support services to the Finance Division and other WSCC Divisions.
  • Providing support to the annual OAG audit by compiling documentation as requested.

What you bring to the role:

  • Completion of a 2-year accounting diploma program and a minimum of 2 years of related experience in an accounting environment.
