Placement Description: The student will support the Nursing Home Payments team in managing nurse retention bonuses and annual top-up payments. Key responsibilities include maintaining a retention master file, reviewing payment requests, preparing payment documents for nursing homes, and conducting verifications to identify potential overpayments.
This role offers an opportunity for skills development with career-focused trainings, self-development workshops, and personalized mentorship.
Qualifications:

• Language requirement: English or Bilingual
• Enrolled in a Business Administration program
• Understanding of basic accounting techniques

Skills/Highlights: Proficiency in data processing software, particularly Excel, paired with strong attention to detail and a teachable attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
