Placement Description: The successful candidate will work within the Operational Excellence infrastructure team, which consists of a professional engineer and a professional engineering technician. This unit is responsible for assessing infrastructure in Long-Term Care facilities, forecasting future capital improvement needs, and reviewing designs for new Nursing Homes. Additionally, the team collaborates with existing Nursing Homes on preventative and reactive infrastructure maintenance.
This role offers an opportunity for skills development with career-focused trainings, self-development workshops, and personalized mentorship.
Qualifications:

• Language requirement: English or Bilingual
• Studying engineering technical courses

Skills/Highlights: Experience in infrastructure construction, design review, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
