Placement Description: As a student with the Organizational Support team, you will help to support daily service delivery within our Long-Term Care (LTC) program as part of the Client Service Delivery (CSD) Branch. You will support the LTC application process by assisting with the completion of online applications through our provincial delivery model. The work requires steps to complete the initial applications in support of the provincial program which assists zone staff in the overall delivery of the program. The Client Service Delivery teams is responsible for program delivery across the continuum of community support services within the Department of Social Development, including Social Assistance, Child and Youth Well-Being, and Adult Services.
This role offers an opportunity for skills development with career-focused trainings, self-development workshops, and personalized mentorship.
Qualifications:

• Language requirement: English or Bilingual
• Current enrollment in a post-secondary program
• Interest in community social service delivery, population health, community development and system transformation.

Skills/Highlights: The ideal candidate should be results oriented and a quick learner. They should also possess strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work within tight timelines.
