Title: Entry level Construction Labourer Pay: Competitive, Based on Experience

Job Details:Our construction client is actively seeking for Entry level Construction Labourers on a temporary basis, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time based on performance and fit. This role offers valuable exposure to the construction industry and project management, with opportunities to attend both in-person and virtual meetings, collaborate with professionals, and gain hands-on experience.

Job Responsibilities:
* Assist with setting up temporary structures
* Load and unload construction materials
* Assist in demolishing buildings using prying bars and other tools, and sort, clean and pile salvaged materials
* Maintain all safety standards.
* Follow instructions from supervisors
* Operating construction equipment and machinery
* Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed.

Qualifications (Preferred):
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment
* Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
* Bilingual (English and French) is an asset
