Placement Description: The Centre of Excellence for Health is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to support the Centre's initiatives and further the mandate of advancing health education and engagement within schools and districts. Responsibilities include planning events (including the ASD-N Youth Mental Health Symposium), developing resources for virtual and experiential learning that enhance educational and health-focused goals, ensuring online presence and an accessible and up-to-date website, engaging partners through internal and external communications (such as school districts, stakeholders, etc.), and enhancing processes.
This role offers an opportunity for skills development with career-focused trainings, self-development workshops, and personalized mentorship.
Qualifications:

• Language requirement: English or Bilingual
• BED or Health/Science related degree

Skills/Highlights: Strong organizational and project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team are all strong assets. Experience in event planning and coordination, knowledge of education and health-related fields, and proficiency in digital tools, website management, and content development are also desired.
