As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance or repairs. Working alongside Laurie, a seasoned industry expert with over 20 years of experience, you will gain invaluable knowledge and hands-on expertise in automotive service. What will you be doing?
- Delivering next-level customer service by understanding automotive concerns and clearly communicating solutions.
- Assessing vehicle issues and explaining service options with transparency and professionalism.
- Verifying warranty and service contract coverage, ensuring customers understand provisions and exclusions.
- Providing accurate cost estimates, factoring in materials, labor, and additional services.
- Preparing detailed repair orders (ROs), documenting symptoms, problems, and recommended solutions.
- Maintaining strong customer relationships by keeping clients informed throughout the service process.
- Staying ahead of industry trends through manufacturer training and continuous learning.
- Contributing to Steele Mitsubishi's reputation by embracing ownership, innovation, and teamwork.
What will you bring to our team?
- At least two years of customer service experience (automotive industry experience is an asset but not required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you listen, build trust, and make every customer feel valued.
- A team-driven mindset with a passion for learning and professional development.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving abstract.
