Who you are

You are an experienced professional with at least five years of experience in healthcare or a business-related field. You bring a proven track record in process improvement, workflow management, and are highly proficient in using computerized systems. With advanced expertise in Microsoft Office applications, you excel in driving efficiency and optimizing operations. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail make you an ideal candidate for this role.

-A post-secondary degree in Business Administration, or a health-related discipline is required.

-At least five years of progressively responsible management experience in an interdisciplinary setting, demonstrating your ability to lead, collaborate, and drive success across diverse teams.

-Excellent communication skills.

-Written and spoken competence in English is required at an advanced level.

What you will do

-Oversee the performance and development of administrative team, including conflict resolution, hiring, onboarding, training and performance management.

-Lead the development, implementation and monitoring of process improvements aimed at enhancing quality patient care and driving clinic operational efficiencies.

-Manage and lead a team of administrative professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth.
