JOB SUMMARY:
The successful candidate will act under the functional responsibility of the Manager of the Integrated Quality Management Office (daily supervision, organization of work, achievement of operational objectives, etc.) and under the administrative/hierarchical responsibility of the Assistant Director of Integrated Quality Management (attendance management, performance evaluation, etc.).
The successful candidate will contribute to the sector's success primarily through consulting and leadership in integrated quality management, innovative solution development, and change management for learning client programs and other cross-functional sectors. They will coordinate the Network's accreditation activities and collaborate with teams to meet standards and required organizational practices. They will ensure that quality improvement initiatives are efficient and aligned with the Network's expectations and priorities. They will manage work teams as required by their respective projects. They will also be responsible for validating and analyzing data from various sources (e.g., health records, satisfaction surveys, incident reports, accreditation reports, etc.), with the aim of understanding trends and communicating them through presentations and reports to support the organization in its delivery of care, and to improve the quality and safety of care and the experience of patients and families.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Undergraduate degree in health sciences and/or applied science;
- Graduate degree in a related field considered an asset;
- Lean or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (may be obtained within two years of hire);
- PMI (Project Management Institute) certification considered an asset;
- Knowledge of the Agile approach considered an asset;
- A combination of training and experience deemed equivalent may be considered;
- Minimum of five years of experience in process improvement and/or project management, change management or quality improvement considered an asset;
- Experience in the field of health and/or management considered an asset;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.);
- Ability to advance several major projects simultaneously;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills
- Sound judgment, accompanied by strong listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to summarize;
- Team-oriented with a focus on meeting the needs of clients, partners and team members;
- Transformational leadership;
- Ability to motivate and engage people and to act as a change agent;
