SCHEDULE: Day, 8 and 12-hour shifts. Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.

JOB SUMMARY:
The main purpose of this position consists of lending support to the Director of Integrated Quality Management and Patient Experience by carrying out various administrative tasks. The incumbent will perform specialized and confidential secretarial and office tasks, while exercising discretion and diplomacy within the scope of their assigned duties. The nature of the daily work can be complex and varied, including but not limited to managing certain files, maintaining an agenda, writing letters, reports and confirmations of receipt, organizing meetings and events, providing support for the coordination of the accreditation process, managing the telephone line and generic email inbox dedicated to patient experience, assisting with new employee integration in the sector, updating sector information on the intranet, preparing files for meetings, identifying and conducting necessary follow-ups, maintaining databases, and managing documents for the sector.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Postsecondary secretarial course (minimum of two years);
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office software and ease learning computer tools;
- At least three years' experience as an executive secretary;
- Demonstrated skills organizing and managing time and workload;
- Excellent skills in taking notes during meetings and writing minutes;
- Very good work organization and planning skills;
- Ability to manage workload and multiple priorities;
- Commitment to quality, accurate work with attention to detail;
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and cope with stress;
- Diplomacy and flexibility in carrying out assigned tasks;
- Initiative, good judgment and discernment;
- Very good interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as a team member;
- Physical ability to perform assigned duties;
- Good previous work history (performance and attendance);
- Adherence to professional ethics principles, to the Network management philosophy and organizational values;

- The incumbent may be required to travel from time to time.
