Essential Qualifications:

This position is ideal for a college or university student studying Business, Recreation, or Office Management. The individual should be outgoing, personable, organized, and community minded. The candidate selected must be able to work independently and as part of a team. A Class 5 Driver's License is required. First Aid and CPR certificates are considered an asset. The incumbents will be required to obtain a vulnerable sector check.

The successful candidate will perform duties that include two weeks of preparation leading up to the summer Playground (Sunshine) Program, actively participating in a one-week staff training session, supervision of eight weeks of summer programming and approximately a week of wrap up (approximately 13 weeks in total).
