Your Role:

As a key member of AL's Project Management Office (PMO), you'll coordinate your team's efforts to deliver a variety of projects, from launching new products and services to large-scale application development, systems integration, operational efficiency improvements, process reengineering, and infrastructure upgrades. These projects are often highly complex and span multiple functions and business groups.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with Business, IT, and 3rd party vendors/stakeholders to confirm project deliverables.
  • Oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring successful completion within scope, time, and quality parameters.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure effective communication within and across teams and with all project stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong and positive stakeholder relationships.
  • Coach project teams to adhere to delivery processes and standards.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes.
Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Relevant university degree and a minimum of 7 years of IT project management experience.
  • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
  • Familiarity with project management techniques and Project Portfolio Management tools.
  • Experience in Digital Organizations, with industry best practices to enhance the customer experience.
  • Experience with Organizational Change Management activities to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage small to large-scale projects in a cross-functional environment.
  • Must be 19 years of age or older to apply.
  • Must reside in Atlantic Canada.

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong client and vendor management skills.

Assets:

  • Experience in the lottery and/or gaming industry.
  • Familiarity with various development methodologies.
  • Experience in internet and/or mobile-based product development.

Salary Band: $90,300 - $135,450 - A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $95,000 - $110,000 at the time of this posting. (Individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, market conditions, relevant experience, education, training and internal equity).

Work Location: Office or Hybrid option working from either our Moncton or Halifax Office

  • Onboarding/Probation: Full-time in-office for the first 9 months, based in Moncton, NB preferred.
  • After Probation: You can choose to either continue working full-time in the office or switch to a hybrid model, coming into the office 2-3 times a week.
