Job Title: Product Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to oversee the successful delivery of our technology solutions to customers. This role requires a strong technical background, expertise in customer delivery, and solid project management skills to ensure seamless implementation and execution. You will work closely with production, development and business stakeholders to drive customer success and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead customer delivery efforts, ensuring timely and successful execution of technical and production requirements.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones for customer deployments.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, shipping and production to ensure smooth project execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing technical guidance and resolving implementation challenges.
• Support production efforts during peak months
• Define KPIs and success metrics to measure and improve customer delivery efficiency.
• Conduct risk assessment and proactively mitigate potential roadblocks in project execution.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in customer delivery and project management.
• Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Ensure a seamless transition from project deployment to customer support and ongoing service.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or equivalent training in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical customer delivery, project management, or a related field.
• Strong technical background in software, cloud platforms, or hardware solutions.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end customer deployments with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to influence and drive decision-making.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to build relationships with customers and drive customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• Experience with PCB design, embedded firmware, and IoT platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and networking protocols.
