Your Role: Your Impact:

As a Customer Loyalty & Sales Advisor, you'll be the initial point of contact for our Individual Plan Members, offering personalized solutions to meet their health insurance needs. You'll be empowered to:

  • Connect with members, providing tailored solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Promote and educate members on our Individual Health products, ensuring they understand their plan and payment options.
  • Resolve issues and cancellation requests by educating members on the value of upgrading their health insurance, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive positive outcomes and ensure first-call resolution.
  • Achieve personal and team goals, contributing to the success of the department while enjoying an energizing work environment.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • A passion for helping people and a track record of delivering exceptional customer service and retention.
  • Sales skills to effectively influence buying decisions and retain accounts.
  • Strong communication abilities: You're clear, concise, and friendly, whether on the phone or by email.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on success in both individual and team goals.
  • Problem-solving skills to quickly analyze issues and find effective solutions.
  • Technological proficiency: You can multitask and navigate multiple software platforms seamlessly.
  • A team player mentality while also being resourceful and accountable for your individual results.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • LLQP (Life, Accident & Sickness License) within 6 months of hire (Medavie will cover the cost of the accredited education provider, course, and exams).
  • Experience in Sales and/or Retention in the insurance or healthcare industry is an asset (1-2 years preferred).
  • Bilingual (French/English) is required.
  • Post-secondary education in Sales, Business, or equivalent is preferred.
