Salary Range: $55,640 to $77,818 bi-weekly

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Enrolment Management, the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist works as an integral part of a team in connecting the College to prospective students, parents, guidance counsellors, and others for assisting the College to reach annual enrolment goals.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop, implement, and document business processes, workflows, reports, and communication campaigns in collaboration with the CRM Team and under the supervision of the Director of Enrolment Management.
  • Work with Microsoft and internal teams to explore new Dynamics 365 functionalities, enhancing usability and optimizing admission and recruitment processes to meet enrolment goals.
  • Ensure smooth Dynamics 365-PeopleSoft integration, managing applicant and student data, processing lead imports, performing data integrity checks, and optimizing communication strategies within the prospect funnel.
  • Support and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring seamless integration with the College's Student Information System (PeopleSoft) to facilitate recruitment and admission processes.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in recruitment and communication tools, including maintaining workflows, official email communications, and personalized messaging.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative Services, and Communications to develop and execute automated recruitment and admission communications.
  • Assist in crafting targeted recruitment messaging for prospective students, parents, guidance counsellors, and other influencers to enhance engagement and boost enrolment.
  • Troubleshoot recruitment and admission systems, running reports, resolving errors, and ensuring data accuracy to improve efficiency and reduce system and human errors.
Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • A Diploma/Degree in a related discipline with at least three years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in marketing, communication and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Experience with the enrolment management function (e.g. student recruitment or admissions).
  • Proficiency in Student Information Systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Peoplesoft), Microsoft Office, Word, E-mail, presentation software, and content design.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience in project management to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines and changing priorities.

  • Strong teamwork skills in a work environment requiring proactive and creative problem-solving approaches.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise judgement and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and design, and the ability to proofread accurately are essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a busy, often hectic environment.
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours.
