- Meet with Members & customers to discuss and understand best their travel aspirations.
- Define your clients travel interests, preferences and budget constraints.
- Build relationships with Members & customers.
- Translate relationships into meaningful travel sales for our Members and customers.
- Promote Travel on Social Media platforms.
- Manage all aspects of travel bookings including: designing customized itineraries, ensuring timely follow-up and regular communication.
- Advise clients of travel destination 'need to knows' and required entry requirement information and other pertinent details.
- Hold CTC / CTM certification.
- If you do not hold either certification, willingness to earn is required.
- Prior experience in the service and hospitality industry, preferably in hotels or a business in the tourism sector.
- Communication is your thing; you are a keen listener and can deliver a message clearly and succinctly.
- Experience in sales.
- Experience with relationship development.
- You embrace technology and are excited to learn new and travel specific programs.
- You possess a basic or advanced knowledge of travel through personal experiences.
