• Establish business goals and priorities in support of project strategy and planning.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders to understand and document their business needs and processes.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to guide client decisions.
• Gather requirements through various methods like interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Lead & facilitate workshops and meetings with Customer management and business experts.
• Design and transform business processes to improve efficiency.
• Analyze and reconcile information from multiple sources.
• Apply Change Management practices – to support training and communications to ensure adoption.
• Ensure process and solution quality through applying best practices in quality assurance and testing.

• Minimum of 5 years as a business analyst, with a proven track record in large-scale software development, implementation, or systems integration projects.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Prior consulting experience is preferred. A CBAP certification is a plus.
• Proficient in capturing requirements and using business modeling techniques and tools. Comfortable leading workshops and requirements gathering sessions with clients at all levels. Training or experience in analytics and knowledge of human-centered design principles are advantageous.
• Excellent communication, listening, and team-building abilities. Self-directed with strong decision-making skills.
• Proficient in risk management, conflict resolution, negotiation, and building consensus.
• Confident and committed to delivering high-quality services with a client-focused approach.
