What You Will Do:- Analyze client operations, identify opportunities, and deliver strategic solutions.
- Lead or support workshops, strategy sessions, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, including executives and key stakeholders.
- Develop key deliverables like strategic plans and prioritized roadmaps.
- Provide expert business advice and guidance.
- Develop and present business analysis reports and findings.
- Contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposals.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in consulting or leading business initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders, from executives to end users.
- Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma certifications are considered an asset.
