As the Director of Talent Management, you'll be at the forefront of developing and retaining the brilliant minds that keep our operations running strong around the world! You'll be responsible for shaping our corporate culture and ensuring the alignment of our human capital strategies with organizational goals. The focus will include employee development, executive compensation, organizational development, and succession planning.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Design and implement comprehensive training and leadership development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning through mentorship initiatives, performance management, and clear career pathways.
- Oversee the development of competitive compensation packages and incentive programs for executives.
- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure compensation strategies attract and retain top leadership talent.
- Lead change management initiatives to optimize organizational performance and efficiency.
- Partner with leadership to assess and address organizational needs, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Lead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Develop and maintain a robust succession planning strategy to ensure leadership continuity.
- Identify and nurture high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, or business administration
- CPHR designation is considered an asset
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience
- 5+ years focused on talent strategies, compensation management, succession planning and/or leadership development
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, complex work environment would be an asset
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with leaders and cross-functional teams
- Strategic mindset with the desire to drive cultural transformation
- Resourceful with a strong propensity to offer solutions
