What you will do
Reporting to the Office Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following responsibilities:
- receiving and responding to a wide range of routine telephone inquiries and/or walk-in clients
- providing general information
- directing clients and/or the general public to the appropriate employee or resource
- photocopying and fax services
- data entry
- records management
- mail outs
- maintaining a supplies inventory
Work environment:
- Office location: Bathurst.
- Standard hours of work: Monday â?? Friday.

Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED supplemented by the successful completion of a one (1) year post-secondary education in a related field.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
Written and spoken competence in English and French is required. Please state your language capability.

Asset Qualifications:
Preference may be given to candidates that demonstrate the following assets:
- six (6)-months experience working in an office environment;
- experience working with the general public;
- experience working with confidential information.
Subject to the response to this competition, candidates may be required to demonstrate on their application one or more of the asset qualifications in addition to the essential qualifications in order to be given further consideration.

SALARY:
Administrative Services Level 2: $1,419.00 to $1,700.00 bi-weekly, based on 36.25 hours per week.
