Horizon Health Network in beautiful New Brunswick is looking for a Radiologist to join our team!

Horizon Health Network (Horizon) is seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Radiologist. The ideal candidate will have experience in all service modalities including CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine as well as basic Fluoroscopic examinations and procedures.

Who you are

You have a worked as a Radiologist for a minimum of 1 year.

You possess a Medical Degree from a recognized medical school and postgraduate studies (residency) in the field of Radiology.

You must be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of New Brunswick.

The Department of Medical Imaging requires that members practicing Radiology be a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada with subspecialty certification in Radiology from an accredited program to be eligible for active membership. Candidates with Royal College eligibility may be considered.

Written and spoken competence in English is required at an advanced level. Bilingual skills would be considered an asset.

What you will do

A typical weekly schedule will include:

  • Assigned rotation to each of the different modalities
  • On-call coverage (roughly 1 in 7)
  • Performance of basic procedures such as arthrograms, injections and/or biopsies.
  • Regular participation at multi-disciplinary rounds
  • Occasional teaching residents and medical students
