Position Scope:

The Inventory Clerk reports directly to the Department Head of Shipping & Receiving.

The positions responsibilities include but are not limited to,

• Selecting product following the parameters outlined by the Production Planner.
• Complete and share detailed production instructions in a timely manner.
• Monitor and make adjustments as needed to eliminate unnecessary downtime.
• Complete inventory adjustments.
• Cross train with inventory auditor.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to thrive under pressure, and strong communication skills.

Having intermediate to advance computer literacy is required for this position.

Oxford Frozen Foods requires all employees to have an active role in organizational sustainability initiatives including,

• Correctly divert waste to support Zero Waste initiatives
• React to green wastes (wasted energy and water, air leaks, product leaks etc.) by submitting work orders for immediate repair
