The Wealth Operations Center of Excellence (Ops CoE) is a strategic team with Wealth Operations that partners closely with Platform and Journey teams to drive the successful delivery of key programs and initiatives. Our team focuses on optimizing operational processes, implementing scalable solutions, including system upgrades, and ensuring seamless collaboration across various departments.

As part of the Ops CoE, you will gain exposure to transformational projects, support program delivery through data-driven insights, and collaborate with stakeholders across Platforms and Journey teams to deliver impactful outcomes.

Job Requirements

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Wealth Ops CoE, this role will support key initiatives, including the rollout of Salesforce Case Management and adoption of Scaled Agility Practices. This role officers the opportunity to work on high-impact programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain hands-on experience in process optimization, change management, and system implementation. The following accountabilities will be core to this role:

  • Assist in gathering/ validating requirements for Salesforce Case Management (SF CM) and other Chassis (Ops Transformation) workstreams functionalities and documenting user stories in JIRA.
  • Support the preparation and execution of PAT and testing activities, ensuring feedback is tracked and incorporated effectively.
  • Collaborate within TD Scaled Agility framework to coordinate ceremonies, align priorities across Journeys and Platforms.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials, readiness assessments, and change management activities to support the successful rollout of SF CM
  • Support the AVP on Operations CoE initiatives, including creating reports on various programs to inform about progress on each of the programs. Follow-up with stakeholders to provide status updates to leadership, as needed.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in tracking and communicating key milestones for Ops programs.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and productive work culture within the Operation CoE team.

Qualifications, Skills, Experience

  • Working toward a University degree in business, finance, computer science, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 1-2 prior internship experiences
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM and Case Management) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of agile frameworks and scaled agility principles.
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, JIRA, and Confluence is a plus.
  • Practical course work experience with data analysis tools (examples may include Power BI, PowerApps, Alteryx, Python)
  • Openness to build and deliver presentations to medium-sized audiences.
  • Strong verbal a written communication skill
  • Able to provide examples of strong judgement and ability to manage ambiguity through rationale decision-making.
