The Opportunity

As a valued member of our Customer Relations team, this position will report to the Supervisor Customer Service and is responsible for:

  • Supporting the area operations and customer relations team.
  • Assisting with general office duties such as receiving calls, distributing mail, maintaining office supplies, processing items in the dropbox;
  • Assisting area operations by processing time sheets, papersaves, invoices, and updating schedules and overtime reports;
  • Customer outreach for outages and planned work;
  • Supporting the area operations team, meter readers, and providing back up coverage to the Field Services Representative.

Your qualifications include completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business or a three-year Business Management Diploma with three years of customer service experience. Compensation is as per the current Collective Agreement.

You are a highly motivated team player with a strong commitment to safety and customer service, an excellent work ethic, and effective interpersonal and communication skills. You have the ability to multi-task and work independently in a computerized environment.
