What You'll Do
In this role, you'll:
- Be the key liaison between lenders and customers, ensuring their financing needs are met seamlessly.
- Process lease and finance deals quickly and accurately, aligned with lending institutions and manufacturers.
- Guide customers through insurance, warranties, and vehicle care options to elevate their ownership experience.
- Provide sales team training on programs, products, and financial options.
- Prepare and review documentation to ensure smooth vehicle deliveries.
- Take on managerial responsibilities as required.
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven sales experience—you know how to connect with customers and close deals.
- Automotive sales or finance experience is a strong asset.
- Strong knowledge of prime, subprime, and non-traditional lending principles.
- Confidence reading and interpreting credit bureau reports.
- A passion for delivering exceptional client service.
