Education and Experience:
- Degree in marketing, market research, statistics, computer science, math, business communication, social science, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience managing fieldwork and adapting methods to challenging conditions.
- Proficiency in designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
- Expertise in SPSS or SAS data analysis, including multivariate and segmentation techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Must be 19 years of age or older to apply.

Salary Band: $71,652 - $113,748 - A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 at the time of this posting. (Individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, market conditions, relevant experience, education, training and internal equity).
Work Location: Office or Hybrid option working from one our Atlantic Canadian Offices (Moncton, NB, Halifax, NS, or St. John's, NL)
Onboarding/Probation: Full-time in-office for the first 6 months, based in Moncton, NB preferred.
After Probation: You can choose to either continue working full-time in the office or switch to a hybrid model, coming into the office 2-3 times a week.
