Responsibilities

Research Methodologies: Lead the development of qualitative and quantitative methodologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to address key business challenges through data-driven insights.

Compliance: Ensure all research activities comply with legal and operational standards, including CASL and bilingualism requirements.

Quality Management: Oversee all research initiatives to maintain high-quality standards.

Project Management: Manage research projects, including commissioning, scheduling, and liaising with suppliers and key users. Handle RFP development, scoring, and awards.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build consensus and address diverse challenges using strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Best Practices: Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging research tools and techniques.

Budget and Timeline: Ensure research projects are completed on time and within budget.

Research Execution: Conduct studies that provide actionable insights for product development, service enhancements, and operational improvements.

Analysis: Synthesize data into management-level insights that drive business initiatives.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Degree in marketing, market research, statistics, computer science, math, business communication, social science, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience managing fieldwork and adapting methods to challenging conditions.
  • Proficiency in designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Expertise in SPSS or SAS data analysis, including multivariate and segmentation techniques.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Must be 19 years of age or older to apply.

Professional Skills:

  • Proactive problem solver with strong planning, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Self-starter and independent thinker who follows up on responsibilities promptly.
  • Strong listening, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical skills with expertise in data modeling, segmentation, and analysis.
  • Ability to communicate complex data in tangible business terms.
  • Confident presentation skills.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Experience with online research platforms.
  • Passionate about building exceptional client experiences and solving client concerns.

Assets:

  • Formal training as a Qualitative research moderator/facilitator.
  • Gaming experience.
  • Survey Monkey experience.
  • Bilingualism (French/English).

Salary Band: $71,652 - $113,748 - A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 at the time of this posting. (Individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, market conditions, relevant experience, education, training and internal equity).

Work Location: Office or Hybrid option working from one our Atlantic Canadian Offices (Moncton, NB, Halifax, NS, or St. John's, NL)

Onboarding/Probation: Full-time in-office for the first 6 months, based in Moncton, NB preferred.

After Probation: You can choose to either continue working full-time in the office or switch to a hybrid model, coming into the office 2-3 times a week.
