THE ROLE

Due to our rapid growth, we are hiring an Associate, Communications, o join our team. This role will support our firm's strategic communications services by executing tasks and activities that drive impactful client outcomes. With a primary focus on crafting content, this position is integral to delivering top-notch communications strategies for our clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Research and Analysis

  • Conduct research to inform client communication strategies and campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends, audience behaviours, and other resources to obtain credible information.
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist in preparing evaluation reports.
  • Content Creation
  • Draft high-quality content.
  • Ensure all communications align with client goals and brand voice.

Client Support

  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop and execute communication plans.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and responding to requests.
  • Participate in client meetings and contribute ideas to achieve strategic objectives.

Evaluation

  • Track and measure the impact of communications initiatives.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns and strategies.
  • Prepare post-campaign reports to showcase results and successes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • A degree/diploma in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or another relevant discipline such as Political Science, Public Administration Community Development etc.

Work Experience

  • 2-4 years of professional communication experience is essential. Preference will be given to candidates with non-profit, government, or consulting experience.

Skills

  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Highly developed analytical and research skills
  • Experience in developing social media strategies and content.
  • Ability to easily understand and navigate online technologies.
  • Proficiency in AI and digital tools to enhance communication strategies.
