Education/Experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

2+ years of professional experience in a learning or training role.

Experience using learning software such as Articulate 360, Rise, Storyboard or similar.

Experience using a Learning Management System is preferred but not mandatory.

Post-Secondary education.
-
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
-
Experience in managing several ongoing assignments and competing priorities.
-
Results-driven focus, with strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to operate in a high performing, flexible and small team environment.
-
Experience in financial services is an asset.

Fluency in Spanish and/or French is an asset but not required.
