The Exclusive Partner Program (EPP) is an exciting and dynamic team within the Mobility organization where a successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing segment end to end. One that operates like a start-up but with the support of a large organization.
Summary
The EPP Acquisition Marketing team is looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator to develop and execute marketing programs, coordinate with account executive team & retail channels, and assist with the day-to-day operations as a valuable member of the team. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment with opportunities to deliver end-to-end marketing programs, from data analysis to 4P strategy to market execution, and taking ownership over specific selling channels.
Key Responsibilities- Support Account Managers and Sales Channels with creation and execution of direct marketing content for multiple accounts, events, and other ad-hoc requirements; write and present Marketing Briefs to Marketing & Communications team when required
- Support channel communication relating offers and recognition programs to ensure a high level of comprehension through hosting calls, creating communications and support material
- Develop content for and host weekly Channel TL calls to support offers, new product introductions, and sales priorities
- Collaborate with marketing and operations partners on the execution of existing and upcoming direct, co-marketing, and lights-on campaigns
- Collaborate with Exclusive Partner Program (EPP) Sales reps & Dealer channel business primes to execute marketing priorities.
- Create and distribute weekly Wireless leadership reporting including offer updates summary and maintain weekly view of Lead EPP Mobility plans / offers
- Collaborate with Pricing partners on offer questions, clarity and issues
- Address channel escalations and queries in timely manner to work on solutions for customer satisfaction
- Support the development of quarterly strategy presentations to executives in collaboration with Exclusive Partner Program (EPP) marketing strategy team.
- Conduct call monitoring as required to gain insights into agent behaviour
- Host training clinics as needed
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing and/or Communications an asset; or 2+ years of Sales & Marketing experience
- Strong business acumen, with an appreciation for qualitative & quantitative data analysis
- Must be sales driven with in-depth knowledge of sales process
- Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail
- Superior communication skills – verbal, written and presentation
- Excellent interpersonal skills; a Team Player & Highly Organized
- Proven ability to work to tight deadlines
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects without impacting any deliverables
- Capable of thinking outside the box and adaptable
- Results oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of telecommunications industry in Canada
- Expertise in verbal and/or written French
