CAA Atlantic is seeking a talented and experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in transforming data into insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of business intelligence tools, particularly PowerBI. This is an in-office position, Monday-Friday schedule, 37.5 hour work week.

This is a contract position with an expected end date of December 31, 2025. Contract positions are based on continued business need, CAA Atlantic reserves the right to extend or end early any contract position.

Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Visualization: Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using PowerBI, providing actionable insights to support business operations and decision-making.
  • Data Integration: Consolidate data from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Design and implement data models to optimize performance.
  • Reporting: Develop and automate reports that communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, to understand their data needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on PowerBI functionalities and best practices.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy and reliability of data by performing regular data validation and testing.
Qualifications

Education: University or Community College degree in a related field (Computer Science, Data Analysis, Information Technology, Business Analytics)

Experience: Data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role. Proven experience with PowerBI is essential.

Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in PowerBI, including DAX, Power Query, and M language.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
