We're seeking a Showroom Consultant to join the growing team at the Dieppe, NB location.

What Will You Do?

As a Showroom Consultant, you will report to the Branch Manager and be responsible for selling showroom products and services by achieving sales quotas through exceptional customer service. You will build strong relationships with homeowners, designers, and contractors, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their product needs in-person, over the phone, or by email.
• Identify decision-makers within target leads to initiate the sales process.
• Build trust with clients, expanding sales opportunities within existing accounts.
• Work closely with the Branch and Corporate Sales teams to create strategic sales approaches.
• Pass qualified leads to Account Managers, ensuring detailed follow-ups and actions are taken.
• Support the creation of RFP responses for potential clients.

Qualifications and Key Competencies

• High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education in a related field is an asset).

Role Details

Location: Dieppe, NB

Hours: Full-time, salaried position based on a 40-hour workweek (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Some flexibility outside these hours may be required.

Compensation: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience, plus bonus and commission opportunities.
