We're seeking a Plumbing Inside Salesperson to join the team in Dieppe, NB. Reporting to the Dieppe Branch Manager, this role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, building lasting relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify commercial and project sales opportunities and provide competitive price quotations.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to suggest complementary products and upgrades.
• Build a network of prospective customers to drive future sales.
• Address and resolve customer objections with confidence and professionalism.
• Highlight product features and benefits, provide pricing details, and facilitate sales orders.
• Collaborate with the Outside Plumbing Salesperson and the overall sales team to achieve objectives.

Qualifications and Key Competencies

• Technical knowledge and experience in Plumbing, HVAC, or related fields.
• Sales or customer service experience in plumbing/HVAC is an asset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to overcome objections effectively.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• A self-motivated individual with high energy and an enthusiastic approach to achieving results.
• Knowledge of wholesale sales principles, methods, and techniques.

Role Details

Location: Dieppe, NB

Hours: Full-time, salaried position based on a 40-hour workweek. The branch operates Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required outside these hours.

Compensation: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
