We're seeking an experienced Electrical Outside Salesperson to join the team in Dieppe, NB. Reporting to the Dieppe Branch Manager, this role focuses on managing a territory, building strong client relationships, and meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical sales in your assigned region, supported by an experienced inside sales team.
• Cultivate long-lasting, profitable relationships with customers while upholding Eddy Group's professional reputation.
• Conduct quarterly reviews with the Corporate Sales Manager to evaluate performance and deliverables.
• Travel throughout your assigned territory to manage accounts and build new business opportunities.
• Engage in opportunity qualification, pre-visit planning, and call control to maximize sales efficiency.
• Independently manage your schedule and time to achieve goals.

Qualifications and Key Competencies

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the electrical or a related field.
• Proven track record of at least 5 years of external sales experience in electrical sales.
• Instrumentation experience is an asset but not required.
• Strong ability to convert prospects, close deals, and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Experience in managing opportunities involving multiple decision-makers.
• Deep understanding of wholesale sales principles, methods, and techniques.
• Bilingualism is an asset but not required.

Role Details

Location: Dieppe, NB

Hours: Full-time position based on regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Occasional work outside these hours may be required.

Transportation: Reliable transportation is required for customer visits, meetings, seminars, and networking events.

Compensation: Competitive base salary plus quarterly commissions, commensurate with experience.
