Moosehead Breweries is the last major brewery in Canada still owned by Canadians. Headquartered in Saint John, New Brunswick, the company has been led by the Oland family since 1867. After more than 150 years, our history is as rich as the flavour of our beer.
We are looking to fill a 6-to-12-month contract for a Maintenance Administrator to work at the Brewery in Saint John, NB. The successful candidate will work alongside the Maintenance Supervisor and assist in the day-to-day activities of the operation.
- Provides administrative support to the Maintenance Department
- Generation and distribution of maintenance, production and other PM's to responsible parties
- Updating and maintaining asset and preventive maintenance task information
- Tracking PM and work order data
- Organizing and coordinating PM activities with maintenance, engineering and production departments
- Analyzing downtime data to develop effective preventive maintenance procedures
- Gathering information to complete monthly reports for maintenance
- Prior experience or education in maintenance or a technical field is required
- Basic knowledge of tools, mechanical systems, and general repair work
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately and safely
- You can multi-task in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
- You have strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office 365
- Clear verbal communication skills to interact with team members as needed
