We are searching for a Sales Manager to join our Brand Team based in Ontario with the ability to commute to Ajax, Ancaster, Mississauga and Etobicoke.

About the Opportunity
• Help build plans and tactics while motivating sales team to achieve occupancy and ancillary sales targets in all Retirement Living communities in Ontario.
• Frequently review results and identify opportunities.
• Partner with the local Lifestyle Consultants (sales team) to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve occupancy targets.
• Work with Brand team members to execute campaigns or new initiatives.
• Lead for sales planning, improved collaboration between campuses, and implementation of sales standards across Lifestyle Consultant teams.
• Contribute to annual organizational sales strategy and strategy for Ontario taking into consideration sector trends, and regional trends.
• Create the sales and outreach strategies for 36 months to opening for new developments in Ontario.
• Provide insights from operations to guide assist with brand marketing campaigns.
About You
In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring:
• Post-secondary degree in a related discipline (business, marketing, sales etc.) or combination of education and experience.
• 5 years' experience in sales and marketing or in a similar role
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proven organizational and project management skills
•Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required.
• Ability to travel to required campuses
• A passion for the healthcare sector and/or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services and care.
