MHSNB is fortunate to be able to count on the expertise of its employees who work passionately to build a healthier province.

Our company is currently looking for new team members to support its mission of providing excellence in emergency and community care within our various programs, namely Ambulance New Brunswick, the Extra-Mural Program and NB Health Link. Each advocates for a highly coordinated, quality service offering guided by a goal of continuous improvement across primary health care.

The role will work across departments to assess workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices. By addressing inefficiencies and reducing bottlenecks, this position will help improve productivity, support employee satisfaction, and contribute to the program's overall success and longevity.

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, conducting training sessions, and providing ongoing support for process changes.

Ensuring Patient Safety and Risk Management

  • Mitigate patient safety risks by implementing proactive measures, such as policy development and staff education, to reduce operational strain on clinics.
  • Review and improve processes related to patient notifications, portal usage, and EMR management to enhance service quality and safety.
