Mercedes-Benz St. John's is seeking a Wash Bay Attendant to join their team!
As a Wash Bay Attendant with Mercedes-Benz St. John's, you'll ensure a smooth, efficient experience for service customers while maintaining vehicle cleanliness in the Wash Bay area. Your strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional customer service will enhance our client experience. This role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our team's operations with a focus on quality and efficiency.Please note that this role is not eligible for participation in the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP) due to the specific National Occupational Classifications (NOC) requirements.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Safely and efficiently assist service clients by guiding them through the process of bringing their vehicles in for appointments, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Act as a proactive coordinator for the service drive-thru area, maintaining an organized and timely flow of vehicles.
- Adhere to strict sanitization protocols, ensuring all client vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to the highest standards.
- Wash and detail client vehicles prior to pickup, ensuring they are in pristine condition.
- Take ownership of new and diverse requests, actively exploring opportunities to add value and enhance the store's reputation for exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-driven environment.
- Good organization and learning skills.
- Valid drivers' license with acceptable drivers abstract
