We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Sales Concierge to join our team. This role is essential in nurturing potential leads and ensuring a seamless transition from interest to action. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach, focusing on helping prospects choose their preferred Dash Social experience. This role will take a different approach than the sales-first approach and will assist our potential customers with basic questions about the platform and pricing.
- Follow Up on PQLs: Engage with Product Qualified Leads (PQLs) to assist in converting trials into paying customers. The focus will be on providing support and information.
- Call Handling: Reach out to potential customers who select the "Call Me Now" option on our website (feature launching soon) to provide immediate assistance and information.
- Follow Up on Missed Meetings: Proactively follow up with leads who have not attended scheduled meetings for a variety of reasons to ensure they have the opportunity to engage with our services.
- Resource Download Follow-Up: Quickly follow up with individuals who download or engage with resources from our website, utilizing both email and phone calls to maximize engagement and answer any questions.
- Miscellaneous: As this role evolves, other associated tasks may be added.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
- All candidates must be willing to work out of our Halifax office.
