The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with problem-solving skills to guide the team through complex projects and successfully deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Responsibilities include:

• Produce technical deliverables, including high-level and detailed technical designs, integration architecture, security architecture, and deployment architecture.
• Analyze and assess the technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance and direction to the development team in implementing the design.
• Develop the overall functional and data architecture of Salesforce-based solutions.
• Ensure that solutions are scalable, maintainable, available and secure.
• Identify and mitigate risks in the design and implementation of solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to developers to ensure code quality.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other developers.
• Provide design guidance on integrations with external systems.
• Provide guidance on development/DevOps processes to the project team.
• Resolve conflicts and issues with process, data and technical architecture.
• Partition solutions into functional components that a single developer can implement.
• Stay current with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends.

Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer, Platform Developer 2, Integration Architect, Certified Administrator. An equivalent combination of experience could be considered.
• 8-10 years of demonstrated experience in defining and implementing enterprise-grade technical solutions, ensuring security, scalability, and performance of Salesforce implementations.
• Must be able to fluently and strongly communicate in English (verbal and written).
• A university degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience could be considered.
