The Opportunity
Seaside Chevrolet Limited has an opening for a Dispatcher & Warranty Administrator.
In this role you will be responsible for assigning work to the Technicians based on skill level and time needed to complete repair and you will submit warranty claims.
This position is Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
No experience required, training will be provided.

- Process and follow up on warranty claims with manufacturers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Follow-up on warranty submission and ensure payment is received.
- Work with mechanics to gather details on warranty work and maintain records for audits.
- Stay up to date on factory recalls and bulletins.
- Coordinate the flow of work in the shop by assigning work to Technicians, prioritizing tasks based on promised times, comebacks, waiters, etc.
- Check-in with Technicians on the status of their repair.
- Adjust the schedule in the shop based on drop-ins and no-show customers.
- Ensure that repair orders are properly documented
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Post-secondary diploma is preferred, with a focus in Business, Office Management, Administration is an asset
- 5 years of work experience in a professional office environment
- Must be computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be very well organized, detail oriented, and meticulous with paperwork
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Good organizational, multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
- Numbers oriented, with good attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Bilingualism not required
