Assumption is seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Agent to deliver exceptional service to our Individual Insurance clients by providing accurate and relevant product information via phone and email, and performing various administrative tasks efficiently. To succeed in this role, you should be professional, friendly, possess strong communication skills, collaborate effectively with team members, and maintain composure under pressure. Working hours are Monday to Friday, up to 6pm, with a call volume of approximately 30 to 35 calls per day.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to questions and requests by telephone or e-mail from clients and brokers about Assumption Life's active and inactive products;
  • Process customer requests, such as sending documents, changing addresses, refunding premiums or dividends, handling returned mail, etc;
  • Comply with service standards established by the sector;
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of work methods and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary diploma in administration or equivalent experience is an asset;
  • Bilingual - French and English - oral and written communication;
  • At least one year of experience in customer service, telephone service;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software;
  • Enjoy working with the public and good communication skills;
  • Good judgment, tact, diplomacy and politeness.
