Service New Brunswick is seeking an individual to join the Business Development Unit within Enterprise Services as a Manager of Change Support on a 2-year opportunity. The Business Development Unit provides support to enhance operational readiness and service delivery in Oracle Fusion. The team works closely with other areas of Service New Brunswick and GNB Departments involved with a transformational change initiative.

What will you be doing?

As a member of the Business Development Unit, you will be responsible to support efforts to enhance operational readiness and service delivery by supporting internal change management efforts. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting internal, Fusion release readiness plans by identify and leading activities related to change management within the organization.
  • Collaborating with the ERP Change Management team to support the change process.
  • Fostering relationships to understand change readiness and sustainability within operations.
  • Managing a small team responsible for change management, adult learning (training) and client relations.
  • Assist with the development of performance measures and outcomes.

What do you need to be successful?

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

University degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of five (5) years of related work experience with at least 1-2 of those years in a managerial position. Subject to the response to this competition, an equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered, or the required years of experience may be increased. Subject to the response to this competition, candidates may be required to demonstrate on their application one or more of the asset qualifications in addition to the essential qualifications to be given further consideration.

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS: Preference may be given to candidates that demonstrate:

  • Certification or experience in Change Management.
  • Training or experience in project management.
  • Experience in adult learning or corporate training.
  • Advanced Excel skills training and/or certificates.
  • Experience working in government.

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: The following operational requirement(s) is also required:

  • Some weekday evenings and weekend work hours may be required.

Salary: $75,478 - $99,190 Annually. Pay Band 6 â?? Management Non-Union
