Strategic Communications and Marketing
The Strategic Communications and Marketing Office is responsible for directing all corporate communications through storytelling, media relations, marketing, branding, creative and digital media strategies across the university. The Strategic Communications & Marketing Office fits within the President's Office and reports to the President. The office oversees strategic communications and marketing policies, procedures, strategies and plans that advance the university's vision, mission and reputation. Members of the office work in close collaboration with other university units across both campuses to implement strategies, develop performance standards and monitor effectiveness of the strategies.

Salary Range: $48,900- $66,646 per annum
YOUR FOCUS
- Reporting to the Brand and Marketing Strategist, the Brand and Marketing Coordinator acts as the first point of contact for incoming marketing requests while supporting the development and implementation of marketing and communication projects.
- Support the Brand and Marketing team in the planning and delivery of strategic marketing and communication plans, including the development and execution of creative, research, tactics, follow-ups, measurement, and post-campaign reporting.
- Provide project management support for brand and marketing initiatives including timelines, budget and updates in central project management software.
- Keep team organized and projects on track.
- Monitor centralized email address for general requests for support from the Brand & Marketing team.
- Work with SCM team and suppliers to support delivery of tactics.
- Manage all print requests for the Brand and Marketing team, which includes submitting requests, gathering quotes, and reviewing proofs.
- Review and gather information to support competitive reviews.
- Other tasks as assigned by SCM department.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Undergraduate degree in business administration or a related field.
- 1-3 years' experience in the field of marketing/communications or related field.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
