Duties:

• greet customers in a friendly manner and obtain vehicle/customer information
• create repair orders for customers
• provide estimates for parts and labor as required through DMS system
• develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor
• maintain high customer satisfaction standards
• must be able to work in a fast paced environment

Requirements:

• must have a valid drivers license and present a drivers abstract
• excellent customer service skills
• enthusiastic personality, neat and professional appearance
• strong interpersonal skills, a good listener who can cultivate relationships
• previous automotive experience would be an asset but not required
• on site training will be provided
• position available immediately
