Meridia Recruitment is excited to partner with Amba in finding a Senior SaaS Financial Analyst to support the company's ongoing success. Reporting to the CEO, the ideal candidate will oversee and optimize the financial performance of Amba's SaaS operations, ensuring financial sustainability and driving profitability. You will play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, monitoring performance metrics, and guiding key business decisions to foster growth.
What You'll Do:
- Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute financial strategies that support the growth and profitability of our SaaS offerings. Lead financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key SaaS financial metrics (e.g., ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV) to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Financial Modeling: Create and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making, including scenario analysis and valuation of new initiatives.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to align financial strategies with business objectives. Provide financial guidance and support for new product launches and market expansions.
- Investor Relations: Prepare and present financial reports and projections to investors, board members, and other stakeholders. Ensure clear and transparent communication of financial performance and strategy.
- Team Leadership: Assist in building a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Provide guidance and support in financial analysis and reporting.
Who You Are:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial management and a proven track record of managing SaaS financial operations and driving financial performance.
- Skills: Strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics, revenue recognition, and financial modeling. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail. Proficient in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and translate financial data into actionable business insights. Strong business acumen with a focus on driving growth and profitability.
