Meridia Recruitment is excited to partner with KMK Capital Inc. in finding the Manager of IT Infrastructure and Systems Design who will support the company's ongoing success. Reporting to the CFO, the ideal candidate will manage the infrastructure and systems that support KMK's daily operations, ensuring that IT solutions are secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs. You will play a critical role in driving the technological advancements necessary for KMK to continue to thrive in the competitive real estate development sector.

What You'll Do:

• IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the operation and technical support of corporate services, endpoints, servers, and networks across KMK's various companies.
• Security & Redundancy: Ensure that IT systems are secure and reliable, with high levels of redundancy in place.
• Strategic Development: Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business goals, focusing on growth and scalability.
• Vendor & Partner Relations: Manage relationships with IT vendors and partners, ensuring effective service delivery and contract management.
• Budget Management: Prepare the annual IT budget, managing costs and resources effectively.
• Project Management: Manage and support IT projects, including new server implementations and system upgrades.

Who You Are:

• Experience: You bring 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 2 years of experience in IT management.
• Technical Expertise: You have advanced knowledge of networking technologies (Meraki, HP Aruba, Ubiquiti), backup and replication systems, and corporate applications (MS Exchange, M365).
• Infrastructure Experience: You are experienced in managing multi-location IT infrastructure, with the ability to design and troubleshoot complex networks and systems.
• Cybersecurity Knowledge: You have a strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols, including firewalls, endpoint protection, and fraud detection.
• ERP Knowledge: Experience with ERPs (such as Yardi Voyager) is an asset but not a requirement.
• Problem-Solver: You have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative: You thrive in a team-oriented setting, working effectively with senior leadership and external partners to achieve common goals.
