The Enterprise Business Analyst acts as a liaison between the Solutions Delivery team and business system owners and users. This role involves understanding business needs, assessing portfolio impacts and opportunities, and translating these needs into clear instructions for solutions.

Key Position Responsibilities:

  • Work with project teams to elicit, analyze, document, and manage requirements for solutions.
  • Communicate requirements to technical resources and third-party vendors.
  • Maintain a requirements traceability matrix throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead preliminary assessments to determine benefits and impacts of new offerings.
  • Support business case development and define requirements for enhancement initiatives.
  • Identify impacts to current operations and contribute to change management tasks.
  • Support the RFP process by defining requirements for procurement requests.
  • Assess, develop, and rationalize complex business processes aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Provide accurate assessments and estimates for stakeholder participation in projects.
Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in business analysis, product ownership, or related roles.
  • Formal training or certification in Business Analysis.
  • Must be 19 years of age or older to apply.
  • Must reside in Atlantic Canada.

  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas, listen actively, and adapt communication style.
  • Empathy and understanding of how solutions impact users and processes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including relationship-building and leadership.
  • Nimble approach to business analysis in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for building exceptional client experiences and solving client concerns.
  • Result-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen with strategic, critical, and analytical thinking skills.

Salary Band: $71,652 - $113,748 - A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 at the time of this posting. (Individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, market conditions, relevant experience, education, training and internal equity).

Work Location: Office or Hybrid option working from one our Atlantic Canadian Offices (Moncton, NB, Halifax, NS, or St. John's, NL)

  • Onboarding/Probation: Full-time in-office for the first 6 months, based in Moncton, NB preferred.
  • After Probation: You can choose to either continue working full-time in the office or switch to a hybrid model, coming into the office 2-3 times a week.
